Yaama ganu - Hello all

I am a Gamilaroi/Ullaroi woman, and also have a connection to the Yuin and Waliwan mob. Walgett is my ngurrumbaa(birthing place) and where I lived with my family and did most of my schooling. I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters and some still live there today.

I reside in Lightning Ridge and been living there for over 30 odd years.

My passions are education, language and culture, health, sport and conservation and wildlife.

I'm an advocate for child sexual assault, domestic violence and social justice.

I look forward to working as a board member for the betterment of Aboriginal health in the WAMS communities.
